Chesapeake Math and IT (CMIT) Academy is a Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) public charter school in northern Prince George’s County that aims to serve their students with an academic program focusing on mathematics and information technologies (IT).

Academics

CMIT Academy focuses on preparing students for college with a main focus on STEAM subjects. We offer a wide variety of advanced courses to help our students excel and succeed in all subject fields.

Athletics

Here at CMIT Academy we offer several different sports, including basketball, baseball, soccer, and more. We have a premier new gym suited for home basketball games and will be offering varsity games in 2017! Down the street from our school we have our field across from the WSSC Tower used for both our soccer and baseball games.
